Three jobs. You can stop after the first.

We do not sell an AI program. We look at one workflow in your business. If a small tool should exist, we build that tool. If it should not, the note says so.

01 Look

A written note

The visit or the call is short. You get:

  • The job, in the shop's own words.
  • Where a person is retyping, remembering, or waiting.
  • What should be automated.
  • What should stay in a person's hands.
  • A price to build the part worth building. The number is in the note, not on this website.

You can take the note and stop. That is a finished engagement.

02 Build

One workflow

Written down before the work starts. The kinds of work this shop takes:

  • A quote that starts from the fields the crew already collects on a walkthrough.
  • Reminders for appointments or jobs, with a way for the customer to reply and a way for you to turn them off.
  • A shared inbox turned into one list a person owns.
  • A small internal tool that replaces a spreadsheet someone retypes.
  • An assistant on hardware you control, pointed at your own files, when a cloud chat box is the wrong place for the work.

You get the workflow and a short run sheet. You do not get a platform account you rent from us.

03 Keep

A later check

After something is running: does it still match the way the shop works, does someone hear about it when it fails, is there a copy of the thing that matters. This is optional. The first conversation does not require it. This page does not quote a monthly fee.

What we will not take

  • Implement AI with no job attached.
  • A chatbot widget as the whole project.
  • A pitch whose goal is to remove a person from the front counter.
  • Work we cannot write a scope for.

If you can name the slow job, open a ticket. If you cannot name it yet, say you are not sure where the time goes.
