For contractors and trades

Your quote shouldn't live in a truck.

Roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, remodelers, excavators, landscapers. You do the work on site, then somebody retypes it at night. We pick one of those jobs and build the first fix on your own accounts. You keep it only if it works.

Where the time goes

The office work that piles up.

Retyping

Measurements and photos from the walkthrough get typed again into the quote, then again into the invoice, and a third time when the supplier wants a materials list.

Remembering

Somebody has to remember which permit is pending, which inspector wants a call first, and which customer said yes to the change order but never signed it.

Waiting

A finished job sits on a Friday because the final invoice is waiting on a photo, a sign-off, or a part number that is still in somebody's truck.

Kinds of jobs we'd take on

  • A draft quote built from your own price book and past jobs, ready for you to read and fix before it goes out.
  • A finished job that turns into a QuickBooks Online invoice with the right line items, instead of a stack of notes on a desk.
  • A running job cost that shows what each job really took, pulled from the receipts and time you already collect.
  • Photos, tickets, and handwritten sheets from the truck read into the job file, so nothing waits for someone to get back to the office.

Kinds of work, scoped one job at a time. Not a list of past clients.

What stays with your people

  • Walking the job and deciding what the work really needs.
  • The number on the quote, and the phone call when it changes.
  • Telling a customer the honest answer when the job is bigger than it looked.

Busy seasons in the county pile jobs up fast, from Ephrata to Strasburg. Good office help is hard to find, so the paperwork lands on the owner after supper. Any tool has to work from a truck seat with weak signal, or it won't get used.

Questions

What contractors ask first.

What if my crew won't use an app?

Then we don't build one. We start with how your crew really works, whether that's a photo, a text, or a paper sheet, and build around it. A tool nobody opens is a tool you shouldn't keep.

What if the quote tool doesn't fit my shop?

That is what the 30 days are for. We write down what a good quote draft looks like for you. If it falls short of that page, we turn it off and you owe nothing for it.

Do I have to drop the software I already use?

No. We work with QuickBooks Online and the systems you already use, and the first job starts with a look at how you run things today. If your setup can't support what you want, we tell you up front.

Pay only if you keep it.

Tell us the job. We'll come look, write down the scope and the price, and you use it for 30 days before you decide.
