About

A shop in Lancaster County.

We build small automation for businesses here. The website is the front door. The work happens on your workflow, not on a platform we want you to rent.

What we are

Automate Lancaster looks at one slow job and, when it is worth it, builds the small tool or the small process that does that job. Sometimes that tool is a local model on hardware the business controls. Often it is not. A form, a script, or a cleaner handoff counts.

The county is the point. The shops we write for are contractors, warehouses, machine shops, retail, restaurants, farms and ag businesses, and small offices. The list is who the writing has in mind. It is not a claim that each of those trades is already a client.

What we are not

  • Not a software product with seats and a monthly plan.
  • Not a promise to replace the person at the counter.
  • Not a catalog of past clients. There is no public work list yet. When a job can be described, it will be described with permission, or it will not be described.

How the writing works

Field notes are the long version of a conversation we have anyway. They are labeled when they use a composite shop. They do not borrow a real business's name.

If you want the short version of your own shop, open a ticket. Bring one job.
